Delivery of Goods
Delivery Products are appropriately packaged to ensure their protection during transport and are accompanied by the necessary delivery documents (invoice, warranty certificate, where applicable).
Estimated Delivery Time The delivery time is between 2 and 14 business days, depending on product availability and order confirmation. Orders for in-stock products are processed as quickly as possible. For products that are not immediately available, the delivery time may be extended up to 14 business days.
Delivery Method Delivery is carried out by express courier to the address indicated by the customer in the order form. The parcel is handed over personally to the recipient or to an authorized person at the specified address. Upon shipment, the customer may receive information regarding the delivery status, in accordance with the courier company's policy.
Reasons why delivery may take up to 14 business days
- The product is not in stock and requires replenishment from the supplier
- The product is made or configured to order
- High-demand periods (promotional campaigns, public holidays)
- Logistical delays beyond the seller's control
- Additional verification required for order confirmation
