By using the contact form or the service available on the Site, the User declares that they agree to be contacted by the Seller through any available means, by providing contact information such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and understands that this data will be processed in the Seller's database for the purpose of improving services and commercial relationships.

In this section, we inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights under Regulation (EU) 679/2016 – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the implementing legislation of the GDPR, and any decisions issued by the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) regarding the protection of personal data.

What personal data do we collect?

We will collect personal data including: email address and contact details of the person or company representative who contacts us, as included in the request (e.g.: first name, last name, phone number, address).

Responsibility for data processing lies with the legal entity within imoore.com, acting as personal data controller.

What personal data do we process?

In order to fulfill the processing purposes defined below, we process both personal data provided directly by the customer at the time of their request, as well as other personal data provided to us by third parties, and data we generate ourselves based on processing. This data can generally be categorized as follows:

  • Identification data: first name, last name.
  • Contact data: home/correspondence address, email address, landline number, mobile phone number.

Why do we process your data and what legal bases do we have?

  • For the execution of a contract or for pre-contractual steps.
  • Reservation and online sale of products.
  • Advertising, marketing and publicity.
  • For financial and accounting management purposes, in accordance with tax legislation.
  • For internal or financial audit purposes.

If you wish to participate in our loyalty programs for active customers, various contests and sweepstakes, satisfaction surveys regarding contracted services, to receive newsletters by email or promotional materials by post, we need your explicit consent to process your data for this purpose. To which recipients or categories of recipients do we transfer your data?

Service Providers To our service providers, acting as data processors, strictly based on documented instructions received from us. The list of our providers is updated periodically, whenever changes occur. Third parties with access to this data: Cargus, euplatesc.ro.

Transfer to Public Institutions In special cases, we must provide information regarding personal data to competent institutions, to the extent necessary for criminal investigations, fulfillment of legal duties by intelligence services, or for the purpose of obtaining intellectual property rights.

Web Analytics and Social Plugins We use online market analysis services for statistical purposes and to create offers based on user behavior and preferences. These web analytics services use so-called "cookies" (see above under Use of Cookies). We also use "plugins" from social network operators (e.g.: www.facebook.com) for the same purposes.

For how long do we store your data?

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. For data processing that requires your consent, the data will be processed and retained until the date of withdrawal of consent. If we have entered into a contract with you, we will comply with the legal data retention obligations as follows: i) to fulfill legal documentation and retention obligations under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation, we will retain data for 5 (five) years after the termination of the contractual relationship. ii) personal data of our customers found in any supporting documents underlying financial accounting records will be retained in the company's archives for 10 years from the closing of the financial year in which the documents were prepared, in accordance with the Accounting Law. iii) for the defense and exercise of our legal rights and interests, your data necessary for this purpose will be retained in accordance with the general limitation periods.

imoore.com does not carry out all personal data processing operations independently but benefits from the support of specialized partners acting on instructions received from us. Our partners are carefully selected and ensure, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, that your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and that your rights are respected. Partners are prohibited from using the personal data they access based on our instructions for their own or commercial purposes, or from transferring it to third parties.

imoore.com is obliged to manage, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide to us. The purpose of data collection is: informing users/customers (Buyers) about the status of their account on imoore.com, informing users/customers about the progress and status of orders, evaluating products and services offered, commercial activities, product and service promotion, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, and monitoring of sales and consumer behavior. By completing your data in the account creation and/or Order form, you unconditionally accept that your personal data will be included in the imoore.com database, and you give your express and unequivocal consent for all such personal data to be stored, used and processed without territorial and/or time limitations by imoore.com, its affiliates and collaborators for activities including, but not limited to, commercial activities, product and service promotion, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, and monitoring of sales and consumer behavior.

You also give your express and unequivocal consent for this personal data to be transferred by imoore.com to its affiliates as well as to other entities, domestically or abroad.

By reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely: the right to information, the right of access to data, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to seek legal recourse in case of violation of rights guaranteed by Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request its total or partial deletion.

Right to Information Your right to receive information about the processing operations carried out by us on your data. This right is fulfilled through the present notice.

Right of Access Your right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you and, if so, access to that data and specific information about how it is processed.

Right to Rectification Your right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, or the completion of incomplete personal data.

If you object to such processing, we will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that the purpose is the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. To respond to the above requests, we may ask for additional information necessary to confirm your identity. After identifying you, we will provide a response to your request within a maximum of one month from the date of receipt.
